Dear Mr. Mason:

	Enclosed are  papers and documents  relating to  the business
transactions of my father during 1974, and 1975 until his death.  You
mentioned that you had gone over his checkbook for the first  half of
1974 but  not the  last half.   I  have enclosed  all three  for your
reference, and have left all the loose notes and receipts inside as I
found  them.    I  have  also  included  all  deposit  receipts,  tax
statements, etc. that I have been able to round up to the present.  

	I have sent to Mr.  Morton Witzling, of Goldfarb and Fleece (
Tel. HA1-2828) most of the other asset records.  You may care to call
him also.  I know that my father made  some transactions near the end
of  the year.  The  Mariner Project, Britton  Properties, The Reserve
Fund, were three.   He also  recieves a  monthly interest check  from
Sydart Properties on a  $25,000 loan to them.  I do  not think he has
any  stock of value, other than the  Keystone Mutual Funds and Vicarm
(my company).   By the  way, I  notice a  check for $10,000  to Green
Apple Properties on Dec. 20.  Do you know what this is for?  There is
a phone number listed in the check  book, it may be wise to call  and
see. 

	Please start  work on the  required tax  returns, and let  me
know  just what other information  is necessary.  In  about a month I
will get out a statement for Vicarm.  There will be more  losses from
this Small Business Corporation. 

	I will be in New York City sometime during March.  We can get
together then and  work out all the unknowns.  In the meantime, write
or phone if you have any pressing questions.
