HI

Sorry, we had a parity error, then they decided to reload andxx an old
monitor cause they wanted to try
something.
I wayxxx was saying, RIGHT!!!!!!! We think it would be an excellent idea
to be forced to specify and modularize the system. That should make it
possible to maintaine and modify it with not the same horrible difficulty
that we've notice with other one-man "integerated" systems that will go
unmxxx unnamed here. I also think it will be a very enlightening exercise
for all of us. ga
ME TOO. (BH) BY THE WAY, WHAT ARE YOUR IDEAS ABOUT EDITABILITY OF
LATER STAGES? WE WERE THINKING THAT EVENTUALLY WE WOULD WANT TO BE
ABLE TO EDIT THROUGH THE GALLEY STAGE BUT NOT AFTTER PAGGINAATION.
OF COURSE, THIS INVOLVES PROBLEMS IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO DECOMPILRXXE
INTO A MS FOR EXPORT. GA
That's really a whole sticky ball of wax. What you j"really" want is
an interactive integrated (buzz buzz) system such that you don't
differentiate between the jxx fudgings you do on your screen and the
ms file -- the difficulty is capturing the semantics of the fudgings.
We don't have any answers to the problem. From a very practical point,
it's nice to be able to edit at almost every stage (e.g. if you're
desperately trying to get a doc into shape for the printers and
there's just that "ionexxxx one thing" you want to fix up that is
almost impossible to say in the ms format. I think we just need to
get more experience on how to make the "integrated" system. ga
YES, WE AGGREE. LET'S PUT OFF THESE KINDS OF ISSUES. IAM VERY GLAD (TES)
TO KNOW THAT WE REALLY AGREE ON ALL THESE POINTS AND HOPE THAT OUR
COMMUNICATION IMPROVES. LATER TODAY I HOPE WE WILL S22NXXX SEND OVER
THE BLOCCK DIAGRAM WITH EXPLANATIONS TO PROVIDE ANOTHER LEVEL OF DETAIL.
GA
Ok. I did get the SUPER.PUB thing and got it liste
