01200		I  am  writing  to  request a change in the way you handle my
01300	home mortgage loan (Loan No. A1-340154).  I wish to request that  you
01400	cease  to  impound  my county taxes and hazard insurance.  My reasons
01500	for doing this are that I feel that I should be getting  interest  on
01600	the  impounded funds. My home mortgage is an 80% loan, and I have not
01700	yet been delinquent on any payments.  My current  financial  position
01800	is  sufficient  to  allow me to make these tax and insurance payments
01900	without a forced impounding arrangement.
